Include the firm’s name or SRA number, a link to the page and the detail that is wrong. If you know the correct information, please include that too.
A link to a reliable source is helpful, but you can report a problem without one. We’ll check whether the error is on our site or in the information we receive.
If you represent the firm
Please check the firm’s SRA record as well. An authorised representative can update the firm’s details through mySRA.
We can correct how information appears on Here4Legal, but we cannot change the SRA’s own records. Where necessary, we can consider adding a note or temporarily removing a listing while a significant error is being corrected.
Request a removal or report a safety concern
Choose the removal or safety topic on our contact form. Tell us which listing is involved and why you are asking for it to be removed. We may need to check your connection to the firm or information.
We keep your request and correspondence private. When we remove a listing, we may keep a small record of that decision to prevent it appearing again in a future update.
What happens next
- We review your message and identify the affected listing.
- We give priority to urgent safety concerns and clear errors.
- We may temporarily remove information while we check it.
- We’ll explain what we have changed, whether the SRA needs to update its record, or what else we need from you.
- Requests about your data-protection rights are handled within the applicable legal time limits.
Please leave out confidential legal documents, identity documents and bank details. We only need enough information to understand your request.
